Gypsum Board Production Line

With heat conducting oil as medium and forced liquid phase circulation through high temperature circulating pump, hot oil flows through pipeline through heat sink coil in dryer, and dries paper gypsum board (heat conducting oil radiation, dry hot air assisted drying process) after heating air to produce hot air, which belongs to indirect drying and is one of the most used types. The equipment is simple in structure, easy to operate and adjust, low consumption and energy saving, and easy to control.

    There are four drying types of paper gypsum board:

    1. Heat Conducting Oil Drying Type

    With heat conducting oil as medium and forced liquid phase circulation through high temperature circulating pump, hot oil flows through pipeline through heat sink coil in dryer, and dries paper gypsum board (heat conducting oil radiation, dry hot air assisted drying process) after heating air to produce hot air, which belongs to indirect drying and is one of the most used types. The equipment is simple in structure, easy to operate and adjust, low consumption and energy saving, and easy to control.

    2. Hot air drying type

    The purpose of heating, drying and baking is achieved by direct combustion of fuel, hot air formed by high purification treatment, and direct contact with paper gypsum board. Hot air heat source is relatively clean, heat transfer efficiency is high, operation and maintenance costs are greatly reduced, more conducive to environmental protection.

    3. Gas direct-fired hot air drying type

    Using special combustion equipment for gas and multi-hole jet mixing device, reasonably configuring air-fuel ratio, burning clean and complete, configuring combustion-supporting air and ensuring low nitrogen combustion, the air temperature can be accurately controlled, and the industrial control stability of heat equipment can be guaranteed. The advanced nature of automatic control also shows in automatic blowing, ignition, heating, constant temperature and maintenance, and can automatically monitor the occurrence of faults and issue alarms. The signal is switched off in time and the spacing of secondary ignition is controlled, thus ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system. It greatly reduces the production cost and fully improves the thermal efficiency of gas.

    4. Steam calcination hot air drying type

    The heat source uses the waste heat of the power plant as heating medium and calcines at low temperature and slow speed. It avoids the emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. Since the heat source is extracted from the four sections, it is after the power plant has been used to generate electricity. It maximizes the use of heat energy and increases the output value, but does not increase greenhouse gas emissions, which is beneficial to the country and the people.

    Paper gypsum board production process:

    1. Batching section

    The material in the silo is transported by horizontal and vertical conveying equipment and sent to the belt scale by the rigid impeller feeder. The excess material is sent back to the silo by the conveyor, elevator and other conveying equipment. Construction gypsum, modified starch, coagulant, glass fiber (used in the production of waterproof paper faced gypsum board, fire-resistant paper faced gypsum board) and other raw materials were measured respectively, then mixed in the screw mixer and continuously sent to the vertical mixer. The foaming agent is added to the storage tank. During use, the foaming agent and water are pumped to the foaming device by the metering pump respectively, and compressed air is injected to produce stable foam, which is then fed into the vertical mixer. After the adhesive is matched in the tank, it is sent to the spray nozzle on both sides of the forming station, and the tape is sprayed on both sides of the upper paper of the gypsum board. The upper and lower paper is transported to the paper rack by electric hoist.

    2. Forming section

    The lower paper by paper storage machine, tensioning device, marking device, position adjuster to the forming station, gypsum slurry from the vertical mixer flow to the lower paper. The upper paper is sent to the forming station after passing through the paper storage machine, tensioning device, position adjuster and adhesive. The forming machine is plate type with adjustable thickness. The forming machine collects the upper paper, lower paper and gypsum pulp and squeezes them into plates of specified thickness. The formed gypsum board is sent to the cutting machine by setting belt machine and conveying roller to be cut off in accordance with the set length,Then it is sent to the 1 cross conveyor by the accelerating roller , and then to the dryer.

    3. Drying section

    Gypsum board by the bridge type distributor according to the program into the dryer each layer, according to the capacity and different heat source, dryer divided into two zones, three zones, four zones. Paper faced gypsum board in the dryer slowly forward, and the longitudinal flow of hot air for continuous heat exchange, board absorb heat, temperature rise, free water in the board slowly evaporation, but do not destroy the crystal water of CaSO4•2H2O. When the gypsum board out of the dryer, its water content should be less than 1%. After drying, through the cooling section of the dryer, and then out of the dryer in an orderly way.

    4. Cutting edge and stacking section

    The gypsum board is transported by the roller conveyor, the 2 cross conveyor and the face to face machine are sent to the edge cutter machine, precise to the required size, and the finished board are sent to the stacker by the roller conveyor, and then sent to the finished products warehouse by the forklift for storage.
